Our Programs

A Path for Every Player

From your first swing to competing nationally — we have programs designed to meet you where you are and take you where you want to go.

Youth Programs

City of Loveland Tennis — building skills and a love for the game from age 4 and up.

Beginner

Red Ball (Ages 4-6)

Introductory tennis using mini-nets and red balls. Kids learn hand/eye coordination and motor skills in a fun, game-based approach. Classes meet at North Lake Park in Loveland.

Intermediate

Orange Ball (Ages 7-10)

Youth tennis using orange balls on the 60-foot court. Kids learn proper footwork patterns and mechanics in a fun, game-based environment. Available in multiple sessions per week including Saturdays.

Advanced

Green Dot (Ages 10-14)

Junior tennis as players progress to the regular yellow ball on the full court. All aspects of tennis are covered including tactics, shot selection, mental skills, footwork patterns, and mechanics.

Adult Programs

Whether you're returning to the game or looking to sharpen your competitive edge.

Adult Tennis Programs

Adult tennis programs including league team coaching, cardio-style classes, and instruction on all aspects of singles and doubles. Players are taught proper tactics, shot selection, mental skills, footwork patterns, and mechanics.

Front Range Academy

Elite competitive tennis for dedicated junior players pursuing the next level.

Front Range Academy (FRA)

Front Range Academy (FRA)

An elite, competitive program for dedicated middle and high school players training 20+ hours per week. Geared toward athletes already playing at a high/elite level who want to reach new competitive levels. Includes guest coaches, college player training partners, guest speakers, and experts in mechanics, biomechanics, diet and nutrition, mental toughness, and strength and conditioning.

FRA Traveling Team

FRA Traveling Team

A competitive traveling team that competes in several tournaments outside of Colorado each year. Players represent the Front Range Academy in sanctioned events and gain invaluable match play experience against top competition from across the country.

Private & Group Lessons

Personalized instruction for every player across Northern Colorado.

Private Lessons

One-on-one instruction tailored to individual player needs across all ages and ability levels. Available in Longmont, Greeley, Fort Collins, and Loveland, focusing on personalized development of technique, strategy, and mental game.

Group Lessons

Group instruction for players of all ages and abilities across Northern Colorado. Group settings provide opportunities for live ball hitting, point play, and match play while learning proper mechanics and competitive strategies.

adidas Tennis Camp at CSU

A popular annual summer tennis camp held on the private 12-court facility at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Open to all ability levels with 1-2 weeks offered each summer. Overnight, day, and half-day options available. Campers are evaluated and placed in groups to maximize potential, with staff including college tennis players and certified teaching pros.

UTR Events & Junior Circuits

Weekly sanctioned competition for UTR rating held in Loveland, Colorado. The FRA UTR Junior Circuit provides regular competitive match play opportunities for junior players to develop their game and establish rankings.
